BIO
Scott Maynor is a dedicated attorney leading The Maynor Law Firm, APC. His passion for justice and commitment to his clients' rights have been the driving force behind his career.
Scott started his career as an Assistant District Attorney for Charleston County in 2015. While there, he prosecuted hundreds of felony cases and successfully tried to verdict a number of criminal cases in the Charleston County Courthouse. He left the 9th Circuit Solicitor's Office to practice civil litigation throughout South Carolina, successfully representing a number of businesses, HOAs, and professionals in the Lowcountry.
In 2023, Scott expanded his practice to California and took on a more national approach to helping his clients. He pivoted his practice to Mass Tort litigation, specifically representing individuals, families, and businesses who have suffered catastrophic losses from wildfires.
Mr. Maynor takes a "client-first" approach to every case, learning each client's story and seeking maximum compensation in every case. He is a proud graduate of the Gerry Spence Method, an intense program for trial attorneys. He enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Geoff J. Spreter is a skilled attorney with expertise in finance and tax law. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and an Accountancy certificate from San Diego State University. Before law school, he worked as an analyst at LPL Financial.
After graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law, Geoff joined the Law Offices of Alexander M. Schack, where he specialized in consumer fraud, mass tort, and antitrust litigation. In 2010, he was recognized as one of San Diego's "Top Young Attorneys."
In 2011, Geoff co-founded Spreter & Petiprin, APC. He played a key role in the 2007 San Diego Wildfires litigation, helping secure over $2 billion in settlements. Throughout his career, Geoff has represented clients in many mass tort wildfire lawsuits and has recovered over $700 million for his clients. His work also includes significant contributions to consumer fraud and antitrust cases.
