BIO

Scott Maynor, the dynamic and dedicated attorney leading The Maynor Law Firm, APC brings a wealth of legal knowledge and experience to clients nationwide. His passion for justice and commitment to his clients' rights have been the driving force behind his successful legal career.

 

Scott began his academic journey at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2008. In 2014, he graduated near the top of his class from Charleston School of Law. He further honed his skills and is a graduate of the Gerry Spence Method at Thunderhead Ranch, showcasing his dedication to constant professional growth. Immediately after passing the South Carolina Bar, Scott worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the 9th Circuit Solicitor's Office in Charleston County.

Heeding his instincts, Mr. Maynor opened his own firm, concentrating on fighting for clients who have suffered serious losses and injuries. He has become a dedicated advocate for survivors of catastrophic wildfires, families affected by automobile accidents, and guests injured at negligently maintained businesses, tirelessly working to achieve the results his clients deserve.

GEOFF J. SPRETER
Of Counsel - Wildfire Attorney

BIO

Geoff J. Spreter is an accomplished attorney specializing in finance and tax law. His educational background includes a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Finance focus and an Accountancy certificate from San Diego State University. Before attending law school, he served as an analyst at LPL Financial.

Post graduation from the University of San Diego School of Law, Spreter joined the Law Offices of Alexander M. Schack, where he excelled in consumer fraud, mass tort, and antitrust litigation. He earned recognition as one of San Diego's "Top Young Attorneys" in 2010.

In 2011, he co-founded Spreter & Petiprin, APC, contributing significantly to the 2007 San Diego Wildfires litigation, which led to over $2 billion in settlements. In his extensive legal career, Mr. Spreter has represented clients in numerous mass tort wildfire lawsuits and has recovered over $700 Million for his clients. This achievement underlines his dedication and capability in handling high-profile cases. Spreter has also played pivotal roles in several consumer fraud and antitrust cases throughout his career.
