Joshua Swigart brings over two decades of legal experience to Oregon Powerline Lawyers, having opened his first law office in 2003. As the founder of Swigart Law Group, he has dedicated his career to representing clients in California and beyond, focusing on consumer protection, privacy law, and mass tort litigation. Joshua's commitment to justice extends to his extensive pro bono work, providing legal services to local communities and donating substantial amounts in cypress awards to legal aid and law schools.

Born in Orange County, California, Joshua graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law on an academic scholarship and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business with a double emphasis in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Riverside. Throughout his career, Joshua has been a key advocate for consumer rights and justice, playing a significant role in securing notable settlements for his clients.
 
Joshua is a licensed attorney in multiple jurisdictions, including California, Washington D.C., Washington state, Wisconsin, and Michigan. He is an active member of various bar associations, including the San Diego County Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and the American Association for Justice.
