GEOFF J. SPRETER
Of Counsel - Wildfire Attorney

Geoff J. Spreter is a skilled attorney with expertise in finance and tax law. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and an Accountancy certificate from San Diego State University. Before law school, he worked as an analyst at LPL Financial.

After graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law, Geoff joined the Law Offices of Alexander M. Schack, where he specialized in consumer fraud, mass tort, and antitrust litigation. In 2010, he was recognized as one of San Diego's "Top Young Attorneys."
 
In 2011, Geoff co-founded Spreter & Petiprin, APC. He played a key role in the 2007 San Diego Wildfires litigation, helping secure over $2 billion in settlements. Throughout his career, Geoff has represented clients in many mass tort wildfire lawsuits and has recovered over $700 million for his clients. His work also includes significant contributions to consumer fraud and antitrust cases.
