Benjamin D. Petiprin is a seasoned attorney and co-founder of Spreter & Petiprin, APC, where he serves as the managing attorney of the firm’s Orange County office. With over 15 years of legal experience, Ben has built a reputation as a fierce advocate for his clients, specializing in wildfire litigation, consumer fraud, mass torts, and antitrust litigation. He has represented clients in numerous high-profile cases, including the 2007 San Diego Wildfire Cases and various consumer protection lawsuits against major corporations.
 
Ben earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he focused on complex litigation matters. He has worked on a wide range of legal disputes, including personal injury, breach of contract, and construction defect cases, giving him unique insights into both corporate and individual claims. His extensive experience in managing insurance claims and corporate litigation has allowed him to secure maximum compensation for his clients while efficiently navigating the complexities of insurance and claims disputes.
 
In 2017, Ben co-founded Spreter & Petiprin alongside Geoff Spreter, leveraging their combined expertise to provide clients with top-tier legal representation.
